Program Participants will gain certificates, soft skills and paid work experience through the Efficiency For All workforce development program. These certificates are required to work in the state of CT EnergizeCT program as a lead tech. Participants will gain hands-on experience with the program manual, program requirements, incentives, tablets, tools, customer service skills, inspection processes, state metrics, and soft skills.

Program Entry Requirements

H.S. Diploma or GED
License to drive or willingness to obtain one
Over 18 years of age
Display a willingness to learn and work
Attend 99% of classes
Sign agreement to complete the course and OJT/PWE training
Physical needs: be able to lift 40 pounds and stand as well as walk and climb a ladder safely
