Spearheaded by our team with 20 years of frontline community experience, POP takes the next step beyond traditional weatherization. For income-eligible families who face the highest utility burdens, POP installs rooftop solar panels and emergency battery storage at zero cost\u2014without loans, interest, or credit barriers. Up to $125 a month in solar savings goes directly onto the family’s electric bill to provide immediate financial relief. The remaining solar income cycles forward into a community equity fund to weatherize and install solar on the next home in line, creating a sustainable, self-funding loop of clean energy wealth.<\/div>\r\n\u00a0<\/div>\r\nTo bring this vision to life, we are officially launching a GoFundMe campaign<\/strong> to raise the vital seed money needed to fund the first phase of home installations.
